In Peru, the three current partners in the PP-AL network are Antonio Ruiz de Montoya University (UARM), the Centro de Investigación y Promoción del Campesinado (CIPCA) and the Grupo de Análisis para el Desarrollo (GRADE). These three institutions have accumulated extensive experience of scientific and technical cooperation of use in analysing the public rural and environmental policies implemented on various levels in Peru.
